university updation

Hello readers, now I am putting down a new view about Indian universities that how we have to update them.
But why need update. It just because as you know when board result of 10th of 12th release than great excitement  among student who give exams as well as parents and already person who passed these exams, But  result excitement  why not in university exam results. Many universities in India were very good but many are bad enough. Some universities are not able to take exam in time. There syllabus are not updated and many more problems. So why would we not update our university as board of 10th or 12th. Always it is not necessary to copy same as done by foreign universities. Also if some reason student not able to take admission in Jun July in university than for next session he has to wait till next year. So for these problems short out I have an idea.
As we listen about technical universities. In most state, Engineering colleges are affiliated by technical university. They have separate rule and not linked with other local university. So if we have different universities for science stream, Arts stream and commerce stream. Which are separately present and in one state one science stream, one arts stream and one commerce stream university. That time more syllabus updating chances. Very rare case of session late and competition among students also increases. So it is better for all.
Also countries like India where population is very much. There also possible to take semester wise courses in every university that is already followed by some universities. So that university may able to take admission in two session July and January session. . Than in college at once 1st, 3rd, 5th or 2nd, 4th and 6th semester students present. By this new updating in all semester students are present. It needs more faculties and infrastructure but if we accept it than it better for all and we able to update.
So what you think about these given idea please comment on comment box.
